From 2024 to 2026 I worked as Event & Marketing Specialist at a Milan-based Professional Conference Organiser (PCO) and Association Management Company (AMC) specialising in medical and scientific events across the EMEA region. Working in a small team of three, I was responsible for the end-to-end management of 22+ events per year.

Full lifecycle, every time.

My role covered the full event lifecycle — from early planning and logistics to onsite delivery and post-event reporting. I worked across all service areas: live and hybrid meetings, CME-accredited courses, congress management, and association membership services.

  • End-to-end project management of medical events across the EMEA region
  • Within my first two months, full planning and delivery of a European-level congress in Ljubljana
  • Membership management and CRM for non-profit medical societies
  • Budget support and sponsor liaison
  • Event marketing & branding: graphic design, web, email campaigns, social media
  • Logistics coordination for speakers, faculty, attendees and sponsors
  • Vendor relations, contract negotiation and PO processing
  • Onsite operations: registration, check-in, real-time problem solving
